Shipping and Returns

Shipping

United States

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, insured and will require the signature of an adult.  Orders will not be left unless an adult  signature  is obtained. Shipping and insurance costs are included in the price of each design. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the next business day (Monday). Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when orders are shipped.


International Shipping

All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges, etc., as required. Additional shipping, taxes, tariffs, and duties are calculated at checkout.  Please contact customer service to discuss international shipping.

Returns and Refund Policy

 Returns
 

  • Returns will only be accepted and refunds issued for unworn jewelry received damaged and/or defective within 10 business days from receipt. 
  • To maintain health and hygiene standards, worn jewelry will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. 
  • When returning a damaged item, please allow up to 30 business days for your return to be processed.  Refunds for damaged items will be issued in the same currency and same exchange rate as the original order, minus shipping, insurance and signature required fees. Business days are Monday-Friday except for holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. 
  • To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service via e-mail at cs@ladyculbrethcollection.com and include a photograph of the defective portion of the jewelry. Note: Customers are required to add the following coverage when returning jewelry: insurance and signature required. If a return is not received or is lost or stolen during the return shipping process, we will not reimburse the customer for the return. The customer will have to obtain reimbursement from the shipping company used.
  • We do not ship to post office boxes within the United States or internationally. 
  • We do not allow exchanges.

Gift Cards

Lady Culbreth Collection Gift Cards can be redeemed in our online store. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.  Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card.  Lady Culbreth Collection will not replace lost or stolen gift cards.  Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed outside of the United States.
