Important Information/Jewelry Care/Warranty

Designs are one of a kind– only one version of each piece is designed by Lady Culbreth Collection. This ensures authenticity of your selected design. When jewelry is marked sold out, the piece will not be re-created.     

•  Carefully clean your new jewelry with a soft dry cloth or jewelry cloth after wearing and prior to putting away. 

• Beaded jewelry (when needed) may also be cleaned using a mild soap and water solution, lay on a towel to air dry.  Avoid the use of jewelry cleaners as they may damage gemstones, beads, and other components.  Avoid using soap and water on jewelry containing brass components.
  
• Store pieces in the original jewelry box or location where the jewelry will not hang on a hook.  
  
• Remove jewelry before performing activities, bathing, sleeping, swimming, cleaning and avoid exposing jewelry to harsh cleaning agents, chemicals, lotions, make-up, face creams, oils, perfumes, and hair products.

• Brass components will tarnish over time.  Brass pieces may be cleaned with a brass cleaner or a mixture of baking soda, lemon juice and water.  Use a soft cloth, rinse, and dry, and polish with a clean soft cloth.

• Beaded necklaces and bracelets are made with high quality stretch cord so take good care of your handmade jewelry. Minimize stretching beaded jewelry.  Roll stretch bracelets over your hand onto your wrist. 

Caution: Bracelets and necklaces contain small beads/charms.  Keep away from children and pets. 

Our goal is to provide high quality and well-designed jewelry. Accordingly, we warrant designs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. 

Lady Culbreth Collection, LLC offers a one-year free restringing warranty on all beaded designs made with stretch cord. Should purchased jewelry require restringing, all pieces (if possible) must be returned.  If all components cannot be returned, similar components will be used at the customer’s cost.  

Customers will pay shipping and insurance costs for restringing under this warranty.   Jewelry must be securely packaged and include a completed Warranty Repair Form obtained from our Customer Service Department and shipped insured with a signature required at delivery.  Please contact us to arrange for repairs.

Restringing costs, shipping and packing for restringing jewelry after the one-year warranty period will be paid by the customer. Contact us for details.  

We do not warranty jewelry against tarnishing or dye rub-off/fading. 

Typos and mistakes in the descriptions of jewelry are not grounds for a refund if your jewelry matches the picture in the listing.

We only offer repairs on beaded designs made with stretch cord and purchased and shipped within the United States.  If you are located in another country, please contact Customer Service (cs@ladyculbrethcollection.com) and we will be happy to explore options.

Strong stretch cord is used to make beaded designs in each collection  because it allows for ease putting the jewelry on and taking it off. The stretch cord makes wearing the designs ideal. Minimize stretching bracelets by rolling bracelets over the hand onto the wrist to wear and take off.

The chain and clasps used in the Hayden Elex Collection are unique, strong, and ideal for the weight of the coins. You will notice the large clasp makes the designs easier to wear.
